  • – Reward Calculated Risks: Acknowledge and appreciate attempts at innovation, even if they don’t lead to immediate success. “Learning through doing” environment.

  • – Focus on Collaborative Problem-Solving: Shift the focus from individual blame to collective solutions. Wild ideas are welcomed and dissected without ridicule.
