Brief Description -

This Wellbeing Hour explored “The Hidden Weight of Small Stresses”—how minor, everyday pressures at work and home can gradually build up, affecting focus, emotional balance, and even physical health. The session began by raising awareness of these subtle stressors and reframing stress as a signal rather than a threat—an opportunity to make intentional changes before burnout sets in.

Participants learned three people-friendly ways to set healthy boundaries, including the use of respectful language to say “no,” creating time rituals and communicating them clearly, and involving others in solutions rather than isolating oneself. The discussion also touched on caregiver stress and the importance of conserving personal energy when supporting others.

To equip participants with practical tools, the facilitator guided quick reset practices—deep breathing, gentle stretching, and two-minute mindfulness pauses—that can be integrated into any busy day. Light quizzes encouraged self-reflection on time management and personal space, while short explainer videos offered strategies for coping in challenging times.

The session concluded on a quiet, grounding note, leaving participants with actionable steps to manage their boundaries, recharge their energy, and respond to life’s demands with clarity and composure.
