Brief Description -

On March 7, 2025, at Avery Dennison’s Gurgaon head office, we hosted a vibrant 90-minute Women’s Day celebration focused on Privilege and its role in shaping workplace experiences. The session was led by a dynamic facilitator known for blending intellect, humour, and deep insight to spark honest conversations around gender and bias.

The session opened with a thought-provoking exploration of privilege, byinviting participants to see beyond assumptions and uncover how subtle advantages shape our daily interactions. Through a mix of reflective discussion and experiential activities, the group began dismantling unconscious biases and finding language to have functional, respectful conversations about them at work. Playful yet purposeful challenges encouraged participants to step into perspectives different from their own, sparking moments of empathy and insight. By the end, the conversations had moved beyond policy or workplace culture, and towards the shared human responsibility of carrying these learnings into everyday life.

Through laughter, teamwork, and open dialogue, employees explored privilege in an accessible, non-judgmental way. The session closed on a high-energy note, leaving participants inspired to take small, conscious actions towards a more inclusive workplace, because equality begins when we understand each other’s journeys.
