This award is both a celebration of the progress we’ve made and a reminder of the work that still lies ahead.
It strengthens our resolve to continue designing spaces where people feel safe to speak, be heard, and thrive—no matter their gender, background, or life experience. We thank everyone who has trusted us on this journey, and we carry this encouragement forward as we keep pushing boundaries in the DEIB space.”
Sthir thanks all its partners, collaborators and clients who have reposed their trust in our person-centric, and leadership focused work which is rooted in diversity and spotlights belonging as the ideal.
